When to use it?

 Start using the trainer in the first week after birth to aid in support, reduction, and compression during light exercises such as brisk walking, stretching, gentle yoga, and basic everyday activities. You'll start to notice the benefits in one to two days. 
 

 A week » Six weeks
Now, as you already know, it is very important to consult with your doctor before getting back into your pre-pregnancy workout routines. This is especially true for those of you that had C-sections or vaginal birth complications. However, most doctors clear new moms for pre-pregnancy workout routines (like the ones featured in the custom new-mom-tailored YouTube playlist) after six weeks.
